1:1 Ladies Self-Acceptance 3 Day Retreat

Self-Acceptance is vitally important on your path to inner peace. Peace, joy and happiness are found inward. Giving someone else the power to control those aspects of your life is dangerous.

During this retreat, we will set goals, practice positive self-talk, identify your strengths, celebrate your accomplishments, let go of things you cannot change and embrace your true authentic self. Think of it as a kid free slumber party. Don’t forget your favorite snacks and drinks. We’ll cook light meals together and listen to your favorite music while allowing your mind to uncover parts of you that you hide as a coping mechanism.
